The preview of the multidisciplinary research promoted by ISVI in collaboration with the Federation of Knights of Labor Lombardo Group and developed by 9 researchers with the aim of understanding how it is possible that a country with as many dysfunctions as Italy still occupies the seventh position in the world at the economic level and is considered one of the industrial leaders globally.
Introducing the session will be Rosanna Gallo, Managing Director Eu-tròpia srl S.B., who will present the work done as part of the survey area on business leadership.
A real “x-ray of the entrepreneur” from which many elements have emerged that contribute to the creation of a winning organizational culture: personal as well as professional values, forward thinking, work ethics and aesthetics, attention and care for people, families and territories, and much more.
Speaking will be Ali Reza Arabnia Cavaliere del Lavoro, Chairman & CEO of Gecofin Group and ISVI President , who will tell how the idea for the research was born and how the project of “The Italian Secret” was developed.
The main contents of the work will be previewed, with a focus on case testimony and the overall scenario that emerged from the research.
