The Italian Secret (PCTO)

The Pathway for Transversal Skills and Orientation (PCTO), carried out by ISVI with the contribution of Fondazione Cariplo, aims to reveal the secret of a dynamic and vibrant Italy, characterized by numerous successful enterprises that make it the second industrial country in Europe and the seventh in the world.

These companies are distinguished by their tenacity and motivation to overcome all kinds of obstacles, their ability to innovate to remain globally competitive, and the moral strength that drives them to operate responsibly, respecting people, rules and the environment.After two introductory lectures on the fundamental elements of each enterprise, the course delves into the hallmarks of industrial companies that have contributed to Italian successes around the world.
To conclude the journey, three video interviews with entrepreneurs who embody the Italian secret will be presented.
