ISVI has had several presidents over the years.
The first president was engineer Giuseppe Crosti , who led the Institute until 2008.
Subsequently, they chaired ISVI Joseph Gario, Linda Gilli and the current president A. Reza Arabnia.

Giuseppe Crosti was assisted on the Board of Directors by several entrepreneurs and managers with a strong commitment to business values, including Alberto Falck and Bruno Gimpel of E&Y.

Currently, the ISVI Board of Directors consists of:

Stefania Bertolini is the Institute’s Director, while Marco Mignani (Ernst&Young) serves as Sole Controller and Ennio Franzoia (Studio Franzoia) is the Legal Auditor.
